2 eggplants
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
200 ml sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil
Fried eggplants in sour cream with onions and garlic is a simple and tasty addition to lunch or dinner.


1. Cut the eggplants into slices and fold into a bowl, salt a little and cover with cold water.
2. Leave for 25-30 minutes.
3. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
4. Slightly squeeze the eggplants and add to the onions, fry all together until rosy color.
5. Add chopped garlic and sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, simmer on medium heat for 7-8 minutes.

You can adjust the amount of onions and garlic to your liking, and in addition to salt and pepper you can add any spices and seasonings to the dish.
