Tomatoes - 3 pieces
Bokkonchini cheese - 250 g
Basil leaves - 16 pieces
Olive oil - 3 tablespoons


1. Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm thick mugs to make 12 slices. Cut the bokcontin into 24 pieces 1 cm thick.
2. Put the tomatoes on serving plates, top with 2 slices of cheese. Put a basil leaf between 2 pieces of cheese.
3. Sprinkle with oil on top, sprinkle with chopped basil and salt.
