Instructions
| 1. Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm thick mugs to make 12 slices. Cut the bokcontin into 24 pieces 1 cm thick. | |
| 2. Put the tomatoes on serving plates, top with 2 slices of cheese. Put a basil leaf between 2 pieces of cheese. | |
| 3. Sprinkle with oil on top, sprinkle with chopped basil and salt. |
