fresh tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
mustard - 0.5 tsp;
salt (preferably sea coarse) - 0.5 tsp;
sugar - 0.5 tsp;
apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp;
olive oil (or vegetable) - 2 tbsp. l.;
garlic - 2-3 cloves;
ground black pepper - to taste;
dill greens - to taste.
Pickled tomatoes in 30 minutes - a great and very tasty express appetizer for dinner or for a festive table. Preparing quickly and easily. Try it, you will definitely like it.


1. Cut tomatoes into slices about 1 cm thick.
2. Pour salt and sugar into a small deep dish, add mustard.
3. Pour olive or vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar and add garlic, passed through a press. Mix well.
4. Pour each circle of tomatoes with the prepared mixture. Sprinkle tomatoes with chopped dill and black pepper, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
