Ingredients

Baguette: 1
Garlic cloves: 2
Honey: 2 tbsp
Sweet mustard: 2 tbsp
Olive oil: 3 tbsp
Lemon juice
Salt and black pepper: to taste
Rosemary

Instructions

1. Combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with pepper and salt to taste and whisk to combine.
2. Toast baguette slices in a little olive oil with rosemary and grated garlic.
3. Brush the Camembert with olive oil on both sides. Place on a preheated grill.
4. Grill the cheese for two minutes.
5. Place the hot cheese in the center of the dish and serve with toasted bread and sauce.
6. Make a slit in the center of the cheese and dip the crispy bread into it.
