| Baguette: 1 | |
| Garlic cloves: 2 | |
| Honey: 2 tbsp | |
| Sweet mustard: 2 tbsp | |
| Olive oil: 3 tbsp | |
| Lemon juice | |
| Salt and black pepper: to taste | |
| Rosemary |
Instructions
| 1. Combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with pepper and salt to taste and whisk to combine. | |
| 2. Toast baguette slices in a little olive oil with rosemary and grated garlic. | |
| 3. Brush the Camembert with olive oil on both sides. Place on a preheated grill. | |
| 4. Grill the cheese for two minutes. | |
| 5. Place the hot cheese in the center of the dish and serve with toasted bread and sauce. | |
| 6. Make a slit in the center of the cheese and dip the crispy bread into it. |
