Herring - 4 pcs. | |
Lemon - 1 pc. | |
Wheat flour - 5-6 tbsp. | |
Salt to taste | |
Black pepper (ground) to taste | |
Sunflower oil - 5-6 tbsp. | |
Onion - 2 pcs. |
Instructions
1. Gut the herring, remove the fins and head. Cut the carcass in portions and pour plenty of lemon juice. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. | |
2. Pour flour into a bag, add pepper, salt to taste, mix. Put the fish in a bag and shake vigorously so that the flour completely covers the pieces. | |
3. Heat sunflower oil in a pan, put pieces of fish. Fry without a lid on both sides until golden brown. | |
4. Cut the onion into thin half rings, brown in the same oil under the lid. Put on the fish. |
