1 large carrot
1 big cucumber
2 bell peppers
2-3 celery stalks
200 g cream cheese
200 ml sour cream
bunch of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
A simple snack of fresh vegetables with cheese and herbs is a great addition to the spring feast.


1. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
2. Mix cream cheese in a bowl with sour cream, then add herbs and garlic, salt and pepper, mix.
3. Cut the vegetables and celery in long strips.
4. Spread the cheese mass into suitable cups and distribute the vegetable bars.

To prepare such a snack, you can use any cream cheese to your liking, and the number and ratio of vegetables can be adjusted.
