Ingredients

Potato - 1 pc;
Beets - 1 pc;
Carrots - 1 pc;
Eggs - 2 pcs;
Tuna in own juice - 1 can;
Onion - 1 pc;
Mayonnaise - to taste;
For decoration: quail eggs - 2 pcs;
Olives - 2 pcs;
Parsley - 2-3 sprigs;
Chicken egg - 1 pc;
Sweet red pepper - a piece;
Pigtail cheese - a little.

Instructions

1. It is better to use a rectangular or oval dish with a flat bottom. Put grated potatoes in the first layer, grease it with mayonnaise.
2. Place tuna pieces on top.
3. Cut the onion into cubes, sprinkle it with wine vinegar and add sugar, mash a little with your hands and put it on top of the tuna. Lubricate the onion with mayonnaise.
4. Grate the eggs and put on top of the onion, grease again with mayonnaise.
5. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, lay out a small heart with it.
6. Also grate the beets and lay out a large heart. Make eyes from quail eggs combined with olives, mouth from pieces of pepper. Here we have such a sweet couple.
