Ingredients

Juice (color does not matter) - 900 ml
Corn flour - 200 g
Sugar (optional) - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Walnuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Pour half the juice into a saucepan, the other into a bowl, dilute the cornmeal in it, make sure that there are no lumps left.
2. We put the juice in a saucepan on the fire and bring to a boil, you can add a little sugar. When the juice boils, pour the other half with flour into it, while stirring constantly, it would be nice to have an assistant nearby so that the process is continuous.
3. Cook like custard, stirring all the time, until it thickens and the flour smell disappears. This will take 10-12 minutes. The finished pelamushi keeps its shape well, becomes transparent during the cooking process, but not completely.
4. Pour hot pelamushi into bowls or onto plates, after wetting them with water and sprinkle with coarsely chopped nuts. You can do without nuts, or you can take any other.
