| Sour cream with a fat content of 20% - 150 g | |
| Condensed milk - 200 g | |
| Candied fruits - 120 g |
One of the easiest Easter dessert recipes. It is prepared without eggs with just a few ingredients. And it tastes the most tender.
Instructions
| 1. Grind the cottage cheese a little with an immersion blender to make it more homogeneous. | |
| 2. Add softened butter and continue beating everything together. Then mix with a spatula: the mass should be smooth, without lumps. | |
| 3. Mix with sour cream and condensed milk. Enter candied fruits. Stir everything thoroughly. | |
| 4. Place the Easter mold upside down in a deep plate or bowl. Cover the mold with gauze. | |
| 5. Put the curd in there. Bend the edges of the gauze, covering the curd. Place a flat plate and a weight, such as a can of water, on top. | |
| 6. Refrigerate for about 10 hours or overnight. Periodically, you can drain the escaping liquid from the bowl. | |
| 7. Unfold the gauze, put a plate on top and carefully turn the Easter. Remove the form and gauze. |
