
Ingredients
| Turkish cotton candy Pismaniye - 20 g | |
| White chocolate - 200 g | |
| Food coloring - 15 g | |
| Pistachio paste - 2 tbsp. |
Instructions
| 1. Take proportionally more or less ingredients, depending on the mold. Melt white chocolate and add food coloring or freeze-dried raspberry powder if desired. | |
| 2. Pour half of the finished mixture into a silicone mold while still hot, so that it spreads over all the walls and is quite a thick layer. | |
| 3. Put it in the refrigerator or freezer until it hardens. | |
| 4. Tear the Pismaniye into smaller pieces, prepare the paste. | |
| 5. Grease the base of the set chocolate with pistachio paste and spread the Turkish delight on it in a thick layer. | |
| 6. Pour the rest of the chocolate over everything and smooth it out. Put it in the freezer until it hardens. Enjoy! |
