Ingredients
| Apricot or peach juice - 2 tbsp. l. | |
| Apricot jam - 1 tbsp. l. | |
| Butter - 1 tbsp. l. | |
| Cream cheese - 140 g | |
| Powdered sugar - 25 g | |
| Lemon juice - ½ tsp | |
| Heavy cream - 120 ml | |
| Chocolate eggs - 8 pieces |
In appearance, this dessert is very similar to a classic breakfast, but its taste is completely different. The shell is filled with the most delicate protein from cheese and cream, as well as apricot yolk.
Instructions
| 1. Mix juice with jam and oil. Stirring, heat over low heat until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Cool down. | |
| 2. Whip cream cheese with icing sugar and lemon juice. Add cream and continue whisking until you get a smooth mixture. | |
| 3. Remove the foil from the chocolate eggs and carefully peel off the top with a knife. | |
| 4. Remove the contents of the egg. Give the edges an uneven shape so that the chocolate looks more like a shell. | |
| 5. Using a pastry bag, fill chocolate eggs with cream cheese. Leave some space for the "yolk". | |
| 6. Make a small indentation in the cheese cream and fill it with apricot mass so that the contours resemble an egg yolk. |
