Peaches - 500 g
Natural yoghurt - ½ of cup
Sugar - ½ of cup
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon


1. Cut the peaches in small pieces to make about 3.5 cups.
2. In a blender, mix sliced peaches and sugar. Beat until mashed.
3. Then add the yogurt and lemon juice and whisk again.
4. Transfer the mass to the ice cream maker or container and freeze, stirring every hour.
