Ingredients

Bitter chocolate - 100 g
Milk - 400 ml
Chili pepper - 1 piece
Vanilla pod - ½ pieces
Cinnamon sticks - 1 piece
Cognac - 1 tablespoon
Cane sugar to taste
Whipped cream to taste
Cocoa to taste

Instructions

1. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater - not necessarily to the very residue, the main thing is that most of it is crushed and there are no too large pieces.
2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, break the chili in half and put them together with the cinnamon tube in a saucepan with milk. Put the milk on the fire and heat it up strongly, without bringing it to a boil. Then pour in the grated chocolate and, stirring, cook for ten minutes.
3. Extract spices, add sugar to chocolate to taste, remove from heat and pour cognac or amaretto.
4. Pour the drink into cups, put whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips or cocoa powder.
