Ingredients
| Bitter chocolate - 100 g | |
| Milk - 400 ml | |
| Chili pepper - 1 piece | |
| Vanilla pod - ½ pieces | |
| Cinnamon sticks - 1 piece | |
| Cognac - 1 tablespoon | |
| Cane sugar to taste | |
| Whipped cream to taste | |
| Cocoa to taste |
Instructions
| 1. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater - not necessarily to the very residue, the main thing is that most of it is crushed and there are no too large pieces. | |
| 2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, break the chili in half and put them together with the cinnamon tube in a saucepan with milk. Put the milk on the fire and heat it up strongly, without bringing it to a boil. Then pour in the grated chocolate and, stirring, cook for ten minutes. | |
| 3. Extract spices, add sugar to chocolate to taste, remove from heat and pour cognac or amaretto. | |
| 4. Pour the drink into cups, put whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate chips or cocoa powder. |
