| Oranges: 6 | |
| Sugar: 200 grams | |
| Lemon: 1 | |
| Fresh mint: 50 grams | |
| Cinnamon sticks: 3 | |
| Ice: 200 grams |
Instructions
| 1. Slice three oranges thinly. | |
| 2. Make sugar syrup. | |
| 3. Dip each slice in sugar syrup and place on a fruit and vegetable dehydrator. | |
| 4. Dry until crisp. Pour boiling water over the remaining three oranges and freeze. | |
| 5. Chop the frozen oranges and puree them in a blender. | |
| 6. Add the juice of one lemon and sugar to the puree. | |
| 7. Pour in a liter of hot water. | |
| 8. Let it steep for 5-6 hours. Then strain and thin with cold water to taste. | |
| 9. Serve the lemonade over ice, with orange chips, mint, and cinnamon. |
