Ingredients

Oranges: 6
Sugar: 200 grams
Lemon: 1
Fresh mint: 50 grams
Cinnamon sticks: 3
Ice: 200 grams

Instructions

1. Slice three oranges thinly.
2. Make sugar syrup.
3. Dip each slice in sugar syrup and place on a fruit and vegetable dehydrator.
4. Dry until crisp. Pour boiling water over the remaining three oranges and freeze.
5. Chop the frozen oranges and puree them in a blender.
6. Add the juice of one lemon and sugar to the puree.
7. Pour in a liter of hot water.
8. Let it steep for 5-6 hours. Then strain and thin with cold water to taste.
9. Serve the lemonade over ice, with orange chips, mint, and cinnamon.
