Garlic - 2 cloves
Egg yolk - 2 pieces
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - to taste
The sauce is perfect for meat, seafood and bread.


1. Grind the garlic with salt, adding a little olive oil. Add yolks and beat well with a fork or mixer.
2. Pour in the remaining butter and lemon juice. Stir until thick sauce.
