3 Bulgarian peppers
4 large tomatoes
½ chili pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of sugar
salt to taste
1 tsp vinegar
olive oil
Spicy sauce of baked tomatoes and Bulgarian pepper is an excellent addition to meat or poultry.


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and stalks.
3. Put tomatoes and peppers on the baking tray covered with parchment and cut them down, sprinkle with olive oil.
4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.
5. Put the cooled vegetables in a blender and add chili, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt to taste.
6. Beat until smooth and put to a jar.

For preparation it is best to use red fleshy Bulgarian peppers. The amount of chili and garlic can be adjusted to your liking.
