For preparation it is best to use red fleshy Bulgarian peppers. The amount of chili and garlic can be adjusted to your liking.
|3 Bulgarian peppers|
|4 large tomatoes|
|½ chili pepper|
|2 cloves of garlic|
|1 tsp of sugar|
|salt to taste|
|1 tsp vinegar|
Spicy sauce of baked tomatoes and Bulgarian pepper is an excellent addition to meat or poultry.
|1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.|
|2. Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds and stalks.|
|3. Put tomatoes and peppers on the baking tray covered with parchment and cut them down, sprinkle with olive oil.|
|4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.|
|5. Put the cooled vegetables in a blender and add chili, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt to taste.|
|6. Beat until smooth and put to a jar.|
