Punch recipes are very many. The oldest recipe is even rhymed: "One of Sour, Two of Sweet, Three of Strong, Four of Weak". What does it mean: one part lemon juice, 2 parts sugar, 3 parts rum, 4 parts water. But our recipe is more interesting!
Instructions
| 1. Add tea and alcohol to a saucepan, heat, add lemon peel, cloves, honey and cinnamon (optional). | |
| 2. Bring to a boil, stirring slowly, reduce the heat. | |
| 3. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. | |
| 4. Cut orange circles. Pour the punch into cups and serve with a piece of orange. |
