For the recipe is perfect to use pork shoulder. We used chicken broth for the sauce, but you can replace it with meat or vegetable. You can also add any spices to your taste.

Ingredients

Instructions
| 1. Cut the pork into thick slices, beat through the film and salt and pepper to taste. | |
| 2. Heat the pan and fry the chops to a rosy color, put on a plate. | |
| 3. Cut the mushrooms into plates, cut the onion into cubes. | |
| 4. Fry the onions until soft in vegetable oil in a large stewpot. | |
| 5. Add mushrooms, fry for 5 minutes. | |
| 6. Add tomato and chopped garlic, mix. | |
