| Crab sticks: 200 g | |
| Gouda cheese: 80 g | |
| Processed cheese: 150 g | |
| Cream: 100 g | |
| Thyme (fresh): 2 g | |
| Lemon: 1 | |
| Sweet chili sauce: 100 g | |
| Soy sauce: 20 g | |
| Basil: 5 g |
Instructions
| 1. Chop the crab sticks and grate the Gouda cheese. | |
| 2. Mix the crab sticks, Gouda cheese, processed cheese, and cream in a blender until smooth. | |
| 3. Add thyme and spices. | |
| 4. Stuff the squid with the mixture. | |
| 5. Fry the squid in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side. | |
| 6. Serve the cooked squid with sweet and sour sauce. For the sauce: combine sweet chili powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, and basil. |
