Ingredients

Squid (medium): 5
Crab sticks: 200 g
Gouda cheese: 80 g
Processed cheese: 150 g
Cream: 100 g
Thyme (fresh): 2 g
Lemon: 1
Sweet chili sauce: 100 g
Soy sauce: 20 g
Basil: 5 g

Instructions

1. Chop the crab sticks and grate the Gouda cheese.
2. Mix the crab sticks, Gouda cheese, processed cheese, and cream in a blender until smooth.
3. Add thyme and spices.
4. Stuff the squid with the mixture.
5. Fry the squid in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side.
6. Serve the cooked squid with sweet and sour sauce. For the sauce: combine sweet chili powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, and basil.
