Wheat flour - 2 cups
Butter - 150 g
Cottage cheese - 300 g
Chicken egg - 2 pieces
Sugar - 1 cup
Vanillin - 1.5 g


1. Grate the frozen butter. Add 2 cups of flour, 0.5 cups of sugar, grind to crumb.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, add the cottage cheese, 0.5 cups of sugar and vanillin. Stir until smooth. The filling is ready.
3. Put in a baking dish into three layers: crumbs, cheese stuffing, crumbs.
4. Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes
