Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Cut the eggplants into circles about 1 cm thick.
2. Put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and bake for 15-20 minutes.
3. At this time, grate the mozzarella coarsely and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
4. Remove the eggplants and heat the oven to maximum temperature. To each eggplant circle put 1 tbsp. sprinkle tomato sause, sprinkle with tomatoes, basil and mozzarella. Bake at maximum temperature for about 3-5 minutes.
