Flax flour - 2 tbsp. l
Sunflower oil - 125 ml
Water - 60 ml
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l
Mustard - 1.5 tsp.
Salt to taste
Sugar - to taste


1. Pour flaxseed flour into the pan, pour it with water and place on a slow fire and, stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a thickening. Then remove the pan from the heat and cool the contents to room temperature.
2. Salt the mixture, add the sweetener and begin to whisk. Gradually introduce into the mass of 1 tbsp. l sunflower oil. Continue to beat the mixture until smooth.
3. Then pour in lemon juice, add mustard and spices to taste, mix - and you're done!
