Ingredients

Spinach - 1 bunch
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Pounded walnuts - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 1 clove
Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Wash the spinach and scald with boiling water - it should not decrease dramatically in size. Then rinse under cold water and place on a plate.
2. Mix lemon juice and soy sauce, add walnuts and squeeze garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly, dressing the spinach leaves.
