Spinach - 1 bunch | |
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons | |
Pounded walnuts - 2 tablespoons | |
Garlic - 1 clove | |
Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon |
Instructions
1. Wash the spinach and scald with boiling water - it should not decrease dramatically in size. Then rinse under cold water and place on a plate. | |
2. Mix lemon juice and soy sauce, add walnuts and squeeze garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly, dressing the spinach leaves. |
