Bitter chocolate - 300 g
Espresso coffee - 30 ml
Cream (fat content not less than 33%) - 50 ml
Cane sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Nuts or marshmallows - for decoration


1. Melt chocolate in a water bath.
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream, add the sugar, melted chocolate and stir until smooth.
3. Pour hot coffee into chocolate.
4. Heat the mass on low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour hot chocolate over the crucibles and garnish with nuts or marshmallows. Hot chocolate with coffee ready. Bon appetit!
