Ingredients

Chocolate - 200 g
Cream - 100 g
Coconut Oil - 75 g
Ice chocolate is a traditional German Christmas candy that, thanks to one trick, seems colder than they are.

Instructions

1. We chop chocolate. Melt chopped chocolate in cream, stir in coconut oil.
2. You can immediately pour liquid ice chocolate into molds.
3. You can wait until it begins to harden and reach the consistency of the cream, and squeeze the candies into paper cuffs through the nozzle-sprocket. The most common form - iced sweets - is iced chocolate, poured in liquid form on cuff molds.

The phenomenon of ice chocolate has a physical explanation. The trick is that coconut oil is present in the recipe. And only butter is suitable, not coconut milk and not coconut cream.
